Warm up: 2 rounds – 10 Pass throughs, 10 Good Mornings, 10 OH Squat, 10 Pushups
With a continuously running clock
Do 1 Pullup on the 1st minute
Do 2 Pullups on the 2nd minute
Do 3 pullups on the 3rd minute
Continue as long as you are able.
