Warm up:  400 Meter Jog

Back Squat Warmup 3-3-3
Back Squat 3-3-3 (85% of 1 Rep Max)
(Athletes will have to share racks and bars)

then
10 Min AMRAP
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

 

Spicy Raw Greens with Raisins (Gluten-Free, Vegan) from Tasty Eats at Home

1 clove garlic, minced

3 T apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 T olive oil

3/4 t crushed red pepper flakes

3/4 t kosher salt or to taste

1/2 t freshly ground black pepper or to taste

1/4 c raisins

1 bunch turnip or mustard greens, chopped

In a large bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add raisins and greens and toss well with your hands or a spoon.  Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
