Grab your ball and run!

AMRAP 15 Minutes
Each team will have 2 partners.  Partner A will do KB swings (53/35) while Partner B runs to the roundabout and back with a medball (20/14).  Then Partner A and B will switch.  Partners will continue to rotate between the KB swings and running until time is up.

Rules
  • The medball may not touch the ground at any point.
  • Every minute on the minute, both partners will do 3 do pushups.
  • The winner is the pair who has the most KB swings at the end of 15 minutes.

Foam Roller Class will follow after the WOD.
