With a partner

Run 400 meters

3 Rounds (do together)

25 Wall Ball Shots(20/14) and 20 Sit Ups

and then…

Run 400 meters

3 Rounds (do together)

5 Clean and Jerks (135/115) and 20 push ups

and then lastly finish with a 400 meter run.

*Must run together.  Can’t move on to next exercise until both members are done.  For example, both people must complete all 3 rounds before moving on to the run.
