In 3 minutes:

10 Power Snatch plus Overhead Squat or Squat Snatch (35lb / 65lb / 95lb)
then max reps Lateral Burpees over the Bar

2 minute rest

In 3 minutes:

10 Power Clean plus Front Squat or Squat Clean (same)
then max reps “”Lurpee”” (Reverse Lunge, Reverse Lunge, Up-down, Jumping Jack)

2 minute rest, then repeat both cycles again
