- CrossFit is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected. This high-intensity workout is extremely varied and all about getting the most bang for your workout buck.

- Show up to your scheduled class 5-10 minutes early to talk to the coach about your training goals and history, then experience your first workout (scaled to your fitness level).
- Work hard in your class, have fun, and sign-up after!
We offer two different ways to get started with us. Pick your preferred path below and follow it to "FITNESS, your way!" You'll know exactly what to expect when you walk through our doors!
- Includes 6 small group classes
- Learn the basics of CrossFit in a fun, friendly and safe environment
- Receive hands on coaching to develop the skills needed to perform CrossFit safely and effectively
- You don’t need to “get in shape” to join - classes are scaled to be accessible for any fitness level. We love beginners!
- Classes are available: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45 pm
- Includes four (4) private 1-hour sessions
- Each session is tailored to your skills and abilities
- Scheduled at your convenience
- Receive one on one attention to prepare for our classes
