Schedule your free introductory class.

Step 2

Meet with a Coach to discuss your goals and experience your first CrossFit workout.

Step 3

Join AK CrossFit and change your life!  After your Introductory Workout, the coach will get you signed up for Foundations. These training classes teach our beginners all of the movements they’ll see in group classes (WODs) and end with an awesome sweat sesh! Once you’ve graduated, you’ll feel comfortable, knowledgeable and ready for all of our workouts.

Are you a crossfit beginner? Great! Our gym fosters an environment that is helpful and easygoing so that you feel comfortable starting your crossfit classes with us. We give you all the tools necessary to take that first step to the best shape of your life. All you have to do is walk right through the front door!

Are you an experienced CrossFitter? Awesome! Our skillful coaches and innovative programming will help your form get spot on, down to the tiny kinks, so you can finally hit that PR you’ve been chasing. Drop in for a WOD and see it all for yourself!
