After your Open House Workout (and you fall in LOVE with the gym), the coach will get you signed up for Foundations. These training classes teach our beginners all of the movements they’ll see in group classes (WODs) and end with an awesome sweat sesh! Once you’ve graduated, you’ll feel comfortable, knowledgeable and ready for all of our workouts. Your first month is only $99 and covers Foundations and CrossFit classes (after you graduate from Foundations). Then, you can pick one of our membership options to fit perfectly with your schedule and fitness goals.
