AMRAP 20 minutes

In Teams of 4 (AK CrossFit Staff will pick the teams)
1 Person Rows 250
1 Person Does 1 Arm Snatches w/ KB or DB
1 Person Does Ring Dips
1 Person Does Wall Ball Shots
When the rower hits 250 meters, everybody rotates.

Today we will only have 1 WOD at 11am due to our video shoot.   We hope to see you there!
