Each team will have 2 partners. Partner A starts on Wall Ball Shots and will do as many reps as possible without stopping (rest for more than 2 seconds = done). Then Partner B will do the same thing while Partner A rests. Continue through all the exercises listed below. Every rep equals 1 point. Highest total score wins.
